SEO Director/Head

We are currently looking for a SEO Director/Head with verified and proven skills, in order to contribute and be driven on the delivery of our main SEO projects. We have a vast portfolio of clients in different sectors that need extra attention and that is where you may come in the picture.

The mission of Optimized Group is to provide top level services for our clients and be top of the league when it comes to SEO.

You will need to have good skills in HTML and On Page optimization, together with a modern and innovative approach to SEO techniques, link building and baiting. You will also need to have a good knowledge on SEO copywriting in order to optimize the content of the clients web sites.

You will also need to have team management and project management skills.

Good skills in Google Analytics is a must.

It is essential that you are used to work with big and complex websites and that you have an analytic mind-set as our approach to SEO on page is very much based on discipline and order. You will have to be ready to follow our guidelines and to be always innovative and updated on what is happening in the SEO and web marketing world, in order to provide always the best practices to our clients.

You will need to conduct SEO analysis, audits and provide benchmarks using our web analytics and reporting tools, in order to give tangible results to our clients and refine or optimize their projects and campaigns.

We measure results by using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools and Advanced Web Ranking together with Moz and Majestic SEO, so it is important that you have a great knowledge in these areas.

As you will handle a big amount of clients it is fundamental that you are structured and work well under pressure.

It is also essential that you are fluent in both Italian and English as we have clients in both of these languages.
